Attended the two-day Inaugural Clinical Redesign & Process Mapping Conference at Four Points by Sheraton. The boss presented on the first day; Ali presented the next. The presentations were all very interesting and relevant to my work, so I’m glad the boss let me tag along!

I can’t believe that was Ali’s first professional presentation ever; I should probably learn some of those public speaking skills from him. It’s a shame his presentation was the very last of the entire conference and not many stayed until then.
